Clear answers about learning with Acme English — accounts, lessons, tutors, tests, and payments.
Acme English is an online English learning platform. Students take live lessons with tutors, follow structured courses, and practice with mock tests that include human feedback.
Use the Sign Up page to create a student account. After you register and sign in, you can browse courses, book tutors, and access your student dashboard.
Open the Courses section from the main menu, or visit the Courses page to see everything we currently offer. You can also preview course options from the homepage. Each course page describes the levels or topics and what you will practice.
After you book a lesson, you join at the scheduled time from your student area. Lessons happen in a live online classroom with your tutor, so you can speak, get feedback, and practice in real time.
Start with a free diagnostic test to get a sense of your level, then choose a course or tutor that matches your goals. Your tutor can also help you adjust as you progress.
Visit the Tutors page to browse tutor profiles, read short bios, and open a fuller profile when you want more detail. When you are ready, you can book a lesson from there or from your student account.
Sign in as a student, choose a tutor and an available time, and confirm your booking. Your upcoming lessons appear in your student dashboard so you can join on time.
You can manage bookings from your student area. Cancellation and refund rules depend on timing and our published terms, so please review the Terms of Service and contact us if you need help with a specific booking.
Coins are the balance students use inside the platform to pay for lessons and related learning services. You can check your balance and buy more coins after you sign in to your student account.
Open your student account, choose a coin package, and complete checkout through our secure payment partner. Coins are added to your balance after payment is confirmed.
Yes. Card payments are handled on a protected checkout page provided by our payment partner. Acme English does not store full card numbers or CVV on our servers.
We offer mock IELTS and TOEFL iBT speaking and writing tests, pronunciation tests, grammar and vocabulary tests, and a free diagnostic. Each test page explains the format, timing, and what you will practice.
For our human-reviewed mocks, an examiner reviews your work and sends detailed comments on the skills that matter for that test — such as fluency, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, organization, or task response — so you know what to improve next.
Human-reviewed speaking, writing, and pronunciation mocks are priced per test on each test page. Grammar and vocabulary tests are available at a lower per-test price. The free diagnostic does not require payment. Always check the price shown on the test page before you buy.
For live lessons and speaking tests, use a computer or device with a working microphone, a stable internet connection, and a quiet space. Headphones are recommended so you can hear clearly. Writing and grammar tests mainly need a comfortable keyboard and a reliable connection.
Use a current version of a major browser such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. Allow microphone access when the browser asks, especially before speaking tests or live lessons.
